Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Medical Billing Full Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Customer Sales Representative who excels at understanding client needs in the healthcare and medical billing sector. In this role, you will conduct cold calls to healthcare providers and medical professionals, initiating conversations to understand their billing needs and offering tailored solutions. Your goal will be to build relationships, promote our services, and drive successful sales results by highlighting the value of our medical billing offerings.

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Prior experience in a call center agent or customer service role
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in Night shift.
